1- Notice the colored "rocks".
2- If this were a climbing wall, these would be safe holds that will support you as you make your climb.
3- Look for the zero point about halfway down the blue arrow. This is "survival mode". When survival is difficult we might find ourselves staying at this level all our lives. Doing no harm, but doing no good.
4- Well-being can't exist below zero.
5- Notice the blue arrow pointing upward. This encourages us to climb higher.
6- The grey rocks below zero offer us obvious turning points where we might sink down into darkness.
7- It is never too late to start climbing towards the light.
